Paella 16" pan

A) 5 cloves garlic
2 shallots
1 big onion
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper

B) Tomato paste
Saffron 1 big pinch

C) 500g Arborio rice
250ml White wine
2100ml chicken stock (+1.5 tbsp salt)

D) 3 big pieces of chicken
12 medium size prawns
2-3 whole squid
1 pound mussels
1 pound clams

E) Some corn
Lemon wedges
Parsley for garnish
